Basically, you dare the next person to do something.
Example:
Poster 1: I dare the next person to put "I liek pi" in their sig for a week
Poster 2: *goes to put in sig* I dare the next person to put "blah blah blah" at the end of all their posts for half-a-month
Ok, I'll start
I dare the next person to put "I'M A AN
PERSON!!!" in all their posts for a month
Example:
